SOLUTION: This wall body fitting construction is constituted of a structural material 4 having a flange-like part 4a, wall plate materials A, A,... capable of being joined to the back side, presser parts 5 fixing the joint places of the wall plate materials A, A with each other to the flange-like part 4a, and a wall plate material fixtures B provided with mounting parts B locked with the upper side and the lower side of the flange-like part 4a so as to be mounted on the structural material 4. Hereat, the joint places of a plurality of the wall plate materials arranged on the structural material 4 are fixed by the presser parts 5, and the mounting parts B are locked with the flange-like part 4a.
