PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small board for boiled fish paste, capable of preventing the formation of voids in the bottom portion of the boiled fish paste without using a conventional laminate, and thereby capable of giving a small board- attached boiled fish paste having a high commercial value, and to provide the small board-attached boiled fish paste using the small board. SOLUTION: A plurality of dent grooves 4 each having a prescribed width are formed at distances on one of the surfaces of a small board 1 for a boiled fish paste. Each dent groove 4 is obliquely formed in the longitudinal direction of the small board 1. A small board-attached boiled fish paste comprises the small board 1 and the boiled fish paste body 2 formed on the dent groove- formed surface of the small board 1. |
