PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping thermoplastic resin composition having an excellent damping property and having excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance and moldability. SOLUTION: This damping thermoplastic resin composition comprises (A) 70-96 wt.% of a thermoplastic resin comprising (a-1) 40-100 wt.% of an aromatic polycarbonate resin and (a-2) 60-0 wt.% of one or more kinds of thermoplastic resins selected from a styrenic resin, a polyester resin, etc., the total amount of the components (a-1) and (a-2) being 100 wt.%, (B) 3-20 wt.% of a damping block copolymer having a number-average mol.wt. of 30,000-300,000 and comprising (b-1) a block comprising a vinylaromatic compound component and having a number-average mol.wt. of 2,500-40,000 and (b-2) a block comprising a conjugated dienic compound component and having a number-average mol.wt. of 10,000-200 000 and a glass transition temperature of -30 to 30 deg.C, and (C) 1-10 wt.% of a polyester-styrenic elastomer-block copolymer, wherein the total amount of the components A, B and C is 100 wt.%.
