PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting hardware capable of easily joining members such as segments or the like to each other. SOLUTION: An engagement part 7 formed with a large diameter is formed to the tip of a connecting rod of a male fitting hardware 1. A female fitting hardware 2 is formed by plural spheres 13, a ring 14 having a taper surface 14a on the inner surface side, a spring 15 for energizing spheres 13 inward by the taper surface 14a by putting the ring 14 to the outer peripheral side from the arrangement position of the spheres 13, and a sphere holder 16 held in the tate of disposing in the outer peripheral direction against the inward energizing force of the spheres 13 to keep the inner peripheral diameter of the arrangement position of the spheres 13. The sphere holder 16 is pushed in by the connecting rod to release holding of the spheres 13, and the spheres 13 are pressed inward by the energizing force of the spring 15 to enter the rear end side where the taper part 8 of the engagement part 7 of the connecting rod 4 is formed, thereby joining the connecting rod to the female fitting hardware 2.
