PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an air conditioner-equipped vehicle having an automatic engine stop/restart device for vehicle, which can meet the requirement of cooling by an air conditioner while controlling the reduction in effects of improved fuel efficiency and decrease in exhaust gas obtained by engine stop. SOLUTION: If an engine is automatically stopped and an air conditioner is switched on, whether the difference between the target room temperature set by a passenger and actual room temperature is greater than the predetermined value is judged (step 70). When this is judged not to be Yes, a compressor of the air conditioner is stopped (step 80). When this is judged to be yes, the engine is restarted (step 100) and the compressor of the air conditioner is driven by the restarted engine (step 110).
