PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the flow-out of rubber due to reduction during vulcanization molding by changing a laminating method for bead cores without causing the increasing number of parts and to improve the durability around the bead cores. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire has a bias structure wherein plural layers of carcass plies 5 consisting of organic fiber cord layers is mounted between a pair of right and left beads and the carcass plies 5 are turned at their ends from the inside to the outside of the tire around a pair of right and left bead cores 6a, 6b. The bead cores 6a, 6b are formed in a layer wound structure of plural bead wires and at least an outer periphery portion of the bead core 6a arranged nearest the inside in a tire axial direction is inclined to the outside in the tire axial direction.
