PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain health and beauty composition in which the active ingredients are kept stably and can be formulated to a variety of preparations for various usage by using individual parts of a dried, roasted and crushed plant bodies of Christmas candle. SOLUTION: This health and beauty composition contains the crushed powder of individual parts of the plant body of dried and/or roasted Christmas candle (Cassia alta linn) as the main components. In a preferred embodiment, the drier or roaster using far-infrared rays or electronic beams as a heat source are used to dry and roast in a shortened time to prepare the dried/roasted products. Or the plant parts are extracted with water, an alcohol, and a mixture thereof at 50-60 deg.C to obtain the extract or the extract is concentrated to obtain its concentrate. Preferably this dried and crushed product or its extract or concentrate is additionally combined with dried and/or roasted medicinal plants (for example, sward bean, rooibos, apricot, red beans or the like and/or food plants (carrot, spinach, molokheiya, egg plant, aloe and other yellow green vegetables). |
