PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of sizes not becoming uniform easily, require ment of measures against the number of microorganisms caused by the hand of a person touched thereto, or the like because the conventional salmon roe is made by subdividing the salmon ovary with the hand of the person. SOLUTION: A salmon ovary is cut by moving a bucket part composed of plural bucket units composed so as to have slit-like intervals and carrying the ovary thereon, pushing and expanding the ovary gradually and laterally by centering the direction where the salmon ovary moving, with boards situated in the slit-like intervals without having blades, so as not to cut the grains of eggs, and cutting off only egg membranes of the pushed and expanded ovary with a cutter. |
