PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste ozone decomposing device capable of efficiently decomposing waste ozone by using an ozone decomposing catalyst an capable of easily replacing the catalyst having lost its decomposing capacity. SOLUTION: In the waste ozone decomposing device arranging an ozone decomposing catalyst layer 6 inside a tank body 1, the gas flow passage 5 passing downward through the ozone decomposing catalyst layer 6 is provided by providing a gas inlet 3 at above the ozone decomposing catalyst layer 6 and providing a gas outlet 4 under the ozone decomposing catalyst layer 6. The catalyst becoming small by the wear can be retained and also replacing only upper side catalyst having lost the decomposing capacity is possible since the wear of the ozone decomposing catalyst such as activated carbon 8 is generated at the upper part of the layer. |
