PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of wrinkles in an inner surface by a method in which both ends of a strip suction material in which one side of a nonwoven fabric of plastic fibers is coated with a polyurethane film of specified hardness and thickness are joined together to form a tubular resin suction material, which is impregnated with an unsaturated polyester resin. SOLUTION: Both end parts of a strip resin suction material 1' in which one side of a nonwoven fabric 2 of a needle-punched nonwoven fabric of plastic fibers is coated with a polyurethane film 3 at least 85 in Shore hardness and at least 0.25 mm in thickness are joined together, and the joined part is coated with a polyurethane ribbon tape 4 to seal tightly. The tubular resin suction material 1" is impregnated with an uncured thermosetting unsaturated polyester resin or a vinyl ester resin. The nonwoven fabric 2 is made of polyester fibers of 3-5 denier and 5-15 cm length, and its METSUKE is 150-1800 g/m2.
