摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ignition timing control function confirmation method allowing visual evaluation of a warp ignition control. SOLUTION: In the ignition timing control function confirmation method of an ignition device 2 having a plurality of ignition timing characteristics, the optimum ignition timing is obtained even at the time of an acceleration/ deceleration. A dummy pulsar voltage waveform signal P corresponding to an engine revolution number and an accelerator pedal open degree is outputted from an optional wave form generation means 1 and the dummy pulsar voltage waveform signal P outputted from the optional waveform generation means 1 is inputted to the ignition device 2, i.e., an object to be inspected. The dummy pulsar voltage waveform signal P and a primary voltage V of an ignition coil 3 generated by an operation of the ignition device 2 to which the dummy pulsar voltage waveform signal P is inputted are inputted to a voltage phase difference measuring means 4 and an ignition time control function of the ignition device 2 is confirmed from a phase difference of the dummy pulsar voltage waveform signal P and the primary voltage V of the ignition coil 3.
