PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross-linked polyolefin pipe excellent in bending flexibility, capable of maintaining superior creep performance for a long period, and excellent in appearance. SOLUTION: In a cross-linked polyolefin pipe composed of a resin composition C comprising a copolymer A of ethylene andα-olefins having 4 or more of carbon number and a linear polyolefin B, the copolymer A has 0.1-95 g/10 min. of MFR, 0.888-0.970 g/cm3 of density and a Q value (Mw/Mn) less than 3.0, the resin composition C is grafted with a vinyl silane compound in the presence of a radical generator to produce a modified resin composition, and the modified resin composition is exposed in a moisture atmosphere in the presence of a silanol condensation catalyst to be cross-linked upto 65% or more of gel fraction.
