PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an easy and fine regulation of a gas supply amount in a minimum throttling state in a gas cock device for opening a safety valve by pressing the valve by a rod by axially moving a cam plunger cooperatively with a rotation of the shaft to axially move the rod extended in the axial direction when the shaft supported to a gas cock body is rotated. SOLUTION: A needle valve B for regulating a gas supply amount to regulate a passing gas amount is mounted at an interval of an advancingly or retractably movable needle valve disc 6 and a valve seat 5b to the seat 5b formed in a gas passage 50. A cam 8 rotating cooperatively with an operating shaft 13 is rotatably mounted at a gas cock body 1, and a cam surface 8b spirally extended to the cam 8 is formed, engaged with a bar 6b of the disc 6. When the cam 8 is rotated, the disc 6 is advancingly or retractably moved to regulate the gas supply amount.
