PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and easily operate a lock means with a simple structure at the time of releasing maintenance of a housing attitude of a seat. SOLUTION: This device has a connector 53 for connecting a lower end part of a hind leg 14 with a lower end part of a foreleg 13 with which a seat body 6 is supported on a floor panel 2 to freely move back and forth; a lock means 65 for locking the seat body 6 to the floor panel 2 when a seat 4 has a housing attitude; and a flexible pull body 79 having one end part 77 connected to the lock means 65 and the other part 78 projecting backward. The lock of the lock means 65 can be released interlockingly with backward movement of the pull body 79, while a halfway part in the longitudinal direction of the pull body 79 is slidably engaged with one part of the connector 53. When the pull body 79 moves back, the one part of the connector 53 guides the halfway part of the pull body 79 to move the one end part 77 to a prescribed direction.
