PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce abrasion by reducing sliding contact of a lower end of a disk valve element outer periphery with a lower end of a valve casing inner circumferential wall. SOLUTION: An inlet 2, an annular valve seat 3, and an outlet 4 are formed on a valve casing 1. The inlet 2 and the outlet 4 are coaxially formed, and the axial center of the annular valve seat 3 are eccentrically formed upward than an axial center of inlet/outlet. Four ribs 5 are disposed on an inner circumferential wall of the valve casing 1, and a space for passing a fluid is formed between the ribs 5. All inner surfaces of the ribs 5 are concentrically positioned, and are formed at equal distances from an axial center of the inlet/outlet. A disk valve element 6 is arranged on an outlet 4 side of the annular valve seat 3. The disk valve element 6 is formed in such a constitution that its diameter is smaller than that of an inner surface of the rib 5 and its outer periphery is loosely brought into slide contact with an inner surface of the rib 5. A coil spring 8 for energizing the disk valve element 6 to the annular valve seat 3 is disposed between the disk valve element 6 and a spring receiver 7. The axial center of the coil spring 8 is positioned on an axial center of the inlet/outlet.
