PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply lay and arrange tiles by previously fixing a tile presser for settling the laid face of the tile having a width for housing just the integer number of the tiles on a floor substrate. SOLUTION: Tiles 26 are previously connected by a heat scattering metal sheets to prepare a tile unit. Then, an elastic joint 28 is additionally provided along two orthogonal sides between the tiles 26, 26. A tile presser 34 is fixed on a floor plate 15 so as to settle a planar rectangular laid face of width housing just the integer number of the tiles 26 by the tile presser 34 and a wall 32. After at first a piping burying layer is laid on the laid face 36 and further the tiles 26 are laid and arranged in the form of the tile unit 30, a decorative material 45 is laid in a space between the laid face 36 and the wall 32. Thereby during execution of the tile floor, tile cutting need not be performed, and tile execution can be performed simply.
