PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close gaps created between the main body of formwork and sea floor, to check the outflow of concrete poured in the formwork or reduce the volume of runoff by arranging net materials formed to tubular shape or box shape at the bottom end of the main body of formwork formed to a tubular shape. SOLUTION: A main body 1 of formwork formed to a tubular shape with the top and bottom open has window holes 2 in side walls and the window holes 2 are laid with a net material 3. At the bottom end of the main body 1 of the formwork, net materials 4, 4' arranged to a box shape having a bottom surface or a tubular shape corresponding to the main body 1 of the formwork are provided. When this main body 1 of formwork is sunk to sea floor, a hard portion of the main body of formwork 1 comes in contact with the sea floor and the settlement stops, and gaps created between the hard portion of the main body 1 of formwork and the sea floor are closed by the net materials 4, 4'. Thus, when concrete is poured and placed into the main body of the formwork under this state, wasteful outflow of concrete can be checked or the volume of runoff can be reduced.
