PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cutoff equipment for a water pipe line, which the labor by a hand can be saved by automating cutoff and a power supply is made unnecessary and which is handled and managed easily and has simple structure and excellent durability. SOLUTION: The constant water-level maintenance device comprises an intake pipe 1, a box section 5 continuously connected to the opening section of the intake pipe, a spout 6 to a supply field cleared to the peripheral wall of the box section 5 and a watertight chamber 11 formed by installed a watertight pack 8 into the box section. The maintenance device has a main water side valve body 1d7 fixed onto the bottom wall of the watertight pack, a bypass 19 mounted under the state, in which the inside of the intake pipe and the inside of the watertight chamber are communicated, a sealed box 23 being supported and attached to a float mounting section and having a control water side closet seat 22 on a bottom wall, a communicating path communicating the inside of the sealed box and the watertight chamber, a float borne to the float mounting section in a freely vertically movable by a baring arm, a control water side valve body, in which a control water side valve seat is closed by the elevation of a rod 29 for the float and opened by the lowering of the rod 29 in the rod 29 for the float, and a magnet device set up to the rod under the state, in which the magnet device is attached to the rod when the rod is placed at the portion of elevation.
