PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission structure of a running working vehicle, capable of mounting a transmission mechanism and an operation system in a space formed under the power steering of a steering wheel, by bringing an engine and a transmission case into close contact with each other. SOLUTION: This running working vehicle 1 includes an engine 1c mounted ahead of a body having a front wheel 1a and a rear wheel 1b, and a steering part 3 behind the engine 1c, wherein a transmission case 4 is mounted on the rear lower part of the engine 1c, a fully hydraulic power steering 31 is used as the steering wheel 3a of the steering part 3, and a transmission mechanism 10 transmitting power from an output shaft 1n protruding behind the engine 1c to an input shaft mounted at the front of the transmission case 4 is disposed in a space formed under the power steering 31.
