PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily know an attribute regarding a receiver from a stamped self- addressed envelope by recognizing with the self-addressed envelope and recognizing a predetermined form filled in the self-addressed envelope. SOLUTION: The distribution matter with a stamped self-addressed envelope is formed by folding a sheet of a rectangular shape. A first sheet piece 13 and a second sheet piece 14 disposed at its ends are adhered, and the self-addressed envelope 8 having a sealing inlet 18a is formed. A recess or a protrusion is formed at a sealing inlet side edge of the first piece, and a color or pattern different from that of an outer surface of the first piece for constituting an outer surface of the self-addressed envelope is given to an inner surface of the second piece for constituting an inner surface of the self-addressed envelope. A color or patter of the second piece is preferably printed denser than that of the first piece. A predetermined form 19 filled together in the self-addressed envelope is constituted at one edge visibly from the recess of the first piece. A second through hole is formed at the self-addressed envelope, and information regarding a receiver's attribute of the distribution matter printed on the predetermined form may be constituted visibly from the second hole.
