PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the shoulder, the nape and the head from being cold during sleeping which will obstruct a quiet sleep and causes various diseases such as cold or the like by providing a scoop-out portion in a part for the face in a quilt special for the shoulder, the neck and the head. SOLUTION: A scoop-out portion 2 is formed in a part for the face in a light and soft quilt 1 for covering the neck and the head above the shoulder. When the part for the face is slit in the quilt, not scooping out, the effect is a little decreased but the object can be achieved. Design of the quilt is varied to the form of an animal, a landscape, a plant or a fruit such as a quilt designed to a sunflower or a quilt designed to the face of a bear to be used with joy. Thus, the warmed air is kept from escaping due to turning over in bed, and the warmth keeping effect can be freely controlled by wrapping the nape or the head. The quilt can be used in an arbitrary form to prevent uncomfortable feeling in bed.
