PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble fitting parts such as a shelf and a mount to an internal wall of a plate assembly such as a box body and a frame body at a low cost without difficulty. SOLUTION: An internal wall 10a of a body outer case (a plate assembly) 10 is provided with a large number of long recessed grooves 11 parallel to one another, and a fitting bar 20 with a large number of threaded holes 21 formed at equal spaces is inserted in the recessed grooves 11. When assembling, the threaded holes 21 of the fitting bar 20 are selected according to fitting positions, and fitting parts such as a shelf 25 and a mount 26 are screwed to the fitting bar 20 in the threaded holes 21.
