PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deterioration caused by the separation of a film and to improve the durability when the parts of a turbine is used at high temperature by forming the protecting film that platinum and aluminum and specific composition of hafnium and silicon are added on a base material. SOLUTION: In the protecting layer, 4-15 atomic fraction % platinum, 30-60 a.f.% aluminum, 0.14-2.8 a.f.% hafnium and 2.7-7.0 a.f.% silicon, are contained. On the surface 36 of an Ni base superalloy base material 32, a first layer 70 having about 5 μ thickness contained of the platinum is stuck with an electroplating method, etc. On the upper surface thereof, a silicon layer 72 containing the aluminum, hafnium and silicon, is formed with chemical vapor deposition(CVD) method, etc., and further, this is heated at 1925-1975 deg.F for 4020 hr to mutually diffuse the first layer and the second layer, and the composition denaturated platinum-aluminum layer 34 is formed. The mutual diffusion process 56 of the first layer and the second layer can be executed simultaneously with the sticking process 54 or after completing the sticking. Further, optionally, a ceramic heat-insulating film of yttria-stable zirconia, etc. can be formed on the protected layer in a process 58. |
