PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize hitherto discarded fruit skin of grape and to prepare a grape jam or a jam-like food such as marmalade. SOLUTION: This jam-like food containing the fruit skin of grape contains (1) grape pulp and fruit skin of grape, (2) fruit skin of grape and pectin liquid prepared from grape pulp or (3) crushed and finely cut fruit skin of grape and pectin liquid prepared from grape pulp. |
