PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing device capable of shielding a part to be shielded without gap even in a shielding body having projecting and recessed parts on the surface. SOLUTION: A pair of guide rails 4 having a vertical guide groove 6 are provided on both side edges of an opening 3 of a part 2 to be shielded. A winder main body for taking up and rewinding a shielding sheet 30 which is like a sheet having flexibility and has both side edges engaged with the guide grooves 6 is disposed in the vicinity of the upper edge of the opening 3. A pair of air- tight members 7 which are folded like a loop and have elasticity are provided on the open edges of the guide grooves 6. The air-tight member 7 is provided with a slit 8 corresponding to a drip 31 forming a difference in level projected and recessed on the surface provided on the lower edge of the shielding sheet 30, and a first tongue piece part 7a and a second tongue piece part 7b are provided. When the shielding sheet 30 closes the opening 3, the first tongue piece part 7a abuts to the shielding sheet 30 and the second tongue piece 7b abuts to the drip 31. The space between the shielding sheet 30 and the guide groove 6 is closed without a gap so as to improve air-tight shielding performance of the part to be shielded.
