PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality and workability, to shorten the term of works and to reduce cost by simultaneously adjusting the height of a foundation top- end integrally under the state, in which the relative relationship of forms and a beam reinforcement is held as it is, eliminating the need for leveling concrete and keeping the thickness of cover concrete from the foundation top-end of the upper-end reinforcement of the beam reinforcement constant. SOLUTION: In form assembling structure, in which the forms 7 of a concrete foundation are supported onto a planking 3 through a form supporting member 9 supported vertically movably by a foundation top-end height adjusting means and a beam reinforcement 6 is supported onto the planking 3, the beam reinforcement 6 is supported onto the planking 3 through the form supporting member 9, and the height of the beam reinforcement 6 and the forms 7 can be adjusted simultaneously and integrally.
