PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner for a vehicle for controlling the temperature of a blowout air through the control of the flow rate of a hot water, wherein the temperature fluctuation of the blowing air with the change of the rotating speed of an engine is reduced. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner for a vehicle includes a hot water flow control valve 16 for controlling the flow rate of a hot water supplied to a heater core 17 to control the temperature of a blowout air from the heater core 17 and a pressure reacting valve 16f for controlling the opening of a bypass passage 16e for a hot water flow bypassing the heater core 17 with the pressure fluctuation of the hot water supplied from an engine 12. When the opening degree of a hot water flow control valve 16 is in a highly opening area over a preset value, the opening degree of the hot water flow control valve 16 is corrected to the direction of offsetting the flow fluctuation of the hot water to the heat core 17 with the fluctuation of the rotating speed of the engine.
