PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply inject-mold a core for a supporting structure or a polishing tool by making the back face of a perforated sheet adjacent to the surface of the core, making the back face of another perforated sheet adjacent to the another surface of the core, and combining the core between both perforated sheets. SOLUTION: A file 100 is provided with a core 110 having two surfaces 180, 182, and two sheets 116, 122. Both sheets 116, 122 have respective front faces 118, 124, and respective back faces 120, 126. The file 100 is formed integratedly with the core 110, and provided with a handle 132 and a side projection 130 fitted to the other supporting structure. Further, both sheets 116, 122 are provided with holes 128 penetrating them. By the way, the respective back faces 120, 126 are joined with both surfaces 180, 182 of the core 110. The core 110 is formed by injection molding or the like. Further, abrasive grain 136 are combined with the respective front faces 118, 124 to form respective polishing surfaces 133, 134.
