PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet laying fixing jig and a laying method of a waterproof sheet capable of improving the external appearance without making any melting recess section (melting trace) on the surface of the waterproof sheet after it is laid when deposited connection between the fixing jig and waterproof sheet is made by using an ultrasonic wave. SOLUTION: The surface of a coated resin layer 3 as a joint surface between a fixing jig 1 and a waterproof sheet 15 is formed in an uneven shape, the resin layer 3 is placed on a construction 11 as an object of waterproofing in a state to put it thereon and is fixed to the construction 11, and after the resin waterproof sheet 15 is stretched thereon, an ultrasonic wave is radiated from above of the waterproof sheet 15 to make deposited joint of a resin part bringing the fixing jig into contact with the waterproof sheet 15.
