PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sure function with a simple structure and to attain the avoidance of surplus friction concerning sealing an internal cooling drill by adopting a sealing disk as a sealing member and extending the sealing surface of the sealing disk with an implement shaft to be substantially vertical, conical or spherical as against an implement axial line. SOLUTION: A sealing disk 10 at the side of a hand piece head is supported by a substantially ring shape elastomer holding member 11 and the second sealing disk 2 at the side of the implement is simultaneously held by the ring shape elastomer holding member 13 as a clogging member at the lower end side of the head. The both elastomer holding members 11 and 13 are mutually connected by plural webs extending in an axial direction and a bore 9 is made to communicate with a chamber 2 by a gap between the webs. Then the members 11 and 13 works on the sealing disks 10 and 12 in the axial line direction and slightly push the disks 11 and 12 in the direction of a related shoulder. Surface contact with drastically small friction is obtained by the slight load or preload. |
