PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flux-cored wire for two-electrode one-side gas shield arc welding, with which the high quality and high efficient welding having good low temp. toughness at <=-40 deg.C without developing the internal defect and obtaining the stable shaped penetration bead, can be executed. SOLUTION: In the flux-cored wire for two-electrode one-side gas shield arc welding, the slag agent is incorporated by 0.5-3.5 wt.% to the total wire wt., and the metallic fluoride in the slag agent is incorporated by 0.1-1.5% to the total wt. of the wire expressed in terms of fluorine. Further, as the alloy component, Ni is incorporated by 0.8-3.5 wt.% to the total wt. of the wire. Furthermore, as the impurity components, this slag agent contains, by wt.%, <=0.015% P, <=0.01% S, <=0.01% Nb, <=0.01% V and <=0.005% Pb to the total wt. of the wire.
