摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling friction type high-speed slide mechanism which is high in the X-axis slide speed, and high in machining accuracy in an NCT for a long work. SOLUTION: A drive shaft of an X-axis servo motor 13 of a carriage 6 having a work clamp 7 on a carriage base 11 which is also used for a Y-axis (right-to-left) direction drive ball screw 9 is pierced in the carriage 6, a roller 16 is fixed by a key, and both sides thereof are pivotably supported by a ball bearing, and rolled on an Xaxis rail 12 in a rolling friction manner by the motor 13. This solves problems that a 'screw jumping' phenomenon occurs, and that the positioning accuracy is degraded by the accuracy error between leads when the lead of the ball screw is increased.
