PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment device for phosphate ion-containing water capable of lowering the equipment cost while maintaining phosphoric acid removing performance. SOLUTION: In the treatment device 1 constituted with at least a pair of electrodes 5 arranged opposite to each other so that at least one part thereof may be immersed in the water to be treated containing phosphate ion in an electrolytically treating cell 4 and whose at least one side contains iron and/or aluminum, a power source 6 for supplying power to the electrodes 5 and an aeration means 7 for aerating the inside of the treating cell 4, the power source 6 is a constant voltage power source.
