PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent scattering of powder dust at the time of milling a raw material such as husk and at the same time to prevent deterioration of water absorptive property of the raw material after milling. SOLUTION: A nozzle 16 is attached to a delivery outlet 40 for leading out husk after milling through a discharge pipe 50. A suction air-exhaust device 62 is connected to an opening part 56 in the upper side of the discharge pipe 50 and further a dust collector 66 is connected. The husk after milling led out of the delivery outlet 40 is dropped and discharged through an opening part 58 in the lower side of the discharge pipe 50, and the powder dust contained in the milled husk is sucked and sorted through the opening part 56 in the upper side and accumulated by the dust collector 66. In such a manner, without addition of water to the husk to be milled, power dust scattering is prevented, and deterioration of the water absorptive property of the raw material after milling can be prevented.
