PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for repulsing animals and birds, capable of effec tively repulsing animals and birds by threatening animals and birds through a combination of a sound and flashlight and by randomizing a repeating cycle of the flashlight. SOLUTION: This device 100 for repulsing animals and birds comprises (A) a programmed timer 10, (B) a sound generator 20 actuated with the timer 10, (C) a flashlight emitting unit 30 and (D) a flashlight controller 40 for making flashlight by the flashlight emitting unit 30 be carried out when the timer 10 is in a turn-on state. The flashlight controller 40 makes the flashlight emitting unit 30 operate in the light emission frequency and the light emission interval of various different types. Thus, the equipment 100 can repulse animals and birds continuously for a long term by a combination of the sound and the randomized flashlight.
