PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable clearly recognizing the vaporization end of a chemical by the change of a color tone. SOLUTION: A function material is constituted of a chemical carrier by which the chemical containing a volatile chemical component is carried and an indicator carrier by which volatile substance is carried and also the color tone is changed with the vaporization of the substance. The difference of a time for changing the color tone of the indicator carrier from the vaporization end time of the volatile chemical component from the chemical carrier is within±20% under the condition of 25 deg.C temp. and 65% relative humidity.
