PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably control a motor for an aircraft seat regardless of the operation of a CPU even if the CPU is out of order. SOLUTION: When a position detecting signal IN1 is turned out to be of an L level with a limit switch turned on, the position detection signal IN1 is fed to the anode side of a primary light emitting diode of a PC1, and the PC1 is forcibly turned off so as to let a motor MT be suspended. In addition, control signals Q1 and Q2 are fed in inverted polarity to both the ends of the primary light emitting diodes of the PC1 and the PC2 through the wirings 7A and 7B of a driving control means 7, and only when only either one of the control signal Q1 or Q2 is turned out to be of H level, the motor MT is thereby driven.
