摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve weatherability, resistance to degradation by radiation, UV resistance, choking resistance and brushing resistance by blending a curing agent component containing an aliphatic or alicyclic epoxy compound and an amine compound. SOLUTION: One to twenty wt.% of a curing agent component containing 80-99 wt.% of an aliphatic or alicyclic epoxy compound with an epoxy equivalent of 100-1,000 which is obtained by reacting a hydrogenated disphenol A, which is obtained by hydrogenating 99% or more of the aromatic carbon atoms of bisphenol A in the presence of a catalyst under pressure, with epichlorohydrin in the presence of a Lewis base to epoxidize and then dehydrohalogenating the same with a caustic alkali and 40-100 wt.%, pregerably 70-100 wt.% of one or more amine compounds selected from secondary amine compounds and tertiary amine compounds, 5-40 wt.% of a thixotropic agent as needed, 20 wt.% or less of a solvent, 5-40 wt.% of a filler and 30-50 wt.% of an aggregate are blended.
