SUBSTANCE: device has autonomous active unit, which is designed as secondary station, which has serial circuit of second antenna, second isolation unit, fifth mixer, which second input is connected to output of second reference frequency oscillator, second receiver, which output is connected to input of second isolation unit. Device implements partial distance measuring method using multiple-channel measuring system and special active re-reflection. EFFECT: extended region of unambiguous solutions, without precision losses in real time, increased stability to noise. 1 dwg
