PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split transmission wheel simple in structure and easily fitted, without using a key, to a shaft of circular cross section, easily manufactured out of a round bar easy to obtain. SOLUTION: This split transmission wheel has a transmission wheel body 4 having an axial force 3 formed at the center part to fittingly insert a shaft and comprising two sector parts 4A, 4B split to allow the shaft to be fitted/ detached along the inner surface of the axial hole from the radial direction, and connecting pieces 7, 8 detachably fixed to two sector parts by fastening members at least at one side face of the transmission wheel body 4 so as to connect the sector parts 4A, 4B integrally. Detent faces 9B, 10B adjusted to a detent face formed at the outer periphery of the shaft 1, so as to impede relative rotation between the shaft and the transmission wheel body 4 are formed at least at one of the inner surface of the axial hole and the connecting pieces 7, 8.
