PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten a resisting force toward an upward force to be added to a bolt without hardening the bolt extremely and to obtain vertical accuracy of the bolt easily. SOLUTION: A lower reinforcement member 5 is connected by welding and the like on the upper surface of bottom 2C of a front subframe 2, that is a car body structure member. Also, an upper reinforcement member 6 with upper mounting plane 6C to be positioned at mid-height position of the front subframe 2 is installed on the front subframe. The top of the bolt 3 is connected (Y) on the upper reinforcement member 6 directly by arc and the like and a collar unit 4 formed at the middle of the bolt 3 is connected (X) on the lower reinforcement member 5 by arc and the like. The lower part of the bolt 3 is constructed to penetrate through and protrude from the lower reinforcement member 5 and the bottom 2C of the front subframe 2.
