PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance and productivity without any special curing device by forming a wrap film holding part to prevent a cut wrap film end from being re-wound in a carton of a coated layer of a rein excellent in adhesivity even to the wrap film poor in self-adhesiveness. SOLUTION: A resin mainly consisting of silicon modified acrylic resin is coated on a part lapped on at least a covering piece 15 of a front plate 11 of a carton A in which a roll-like wrap film F is stored, to form a wrap film holing part P. The silicon modified acrylic resin requires no special curing device for the bridging reaction, and is capable of easily forming a coating film layer through the application of the resin to a regular gravure printing machine, etc. The coating film layer is excellent in self-adhesivity even to the wrap film poor in self-adhesiveness such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polymethylpentene and polypropylene, and the cut wrap film end is effectively prevented from being re-wound in the carton A.
