PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of humidifying. SOLUTION: An air conditioner is constituted so that a water solution circuit 19, in which a utilizing side heat exchanger 11 consisting of a porous hydrophobic film, penetrating steam but not penetrating liquid, is interposed, is provided with a moisture removing means 12 and a moisture supplying means 13 while refrigerant is deprived of condensing heat in a heat source side first heat exchanger 3, functioning as the condenser of the refrigerant upon the heating operation of the refrigerant circuit 6 having a compressor 1, whereby the temperature of the same is raised and the solubility of water is reduced while the water solution of lithium bromide, whose temperature is raised and the solubility of water is deteriorated whereby a tendency of readily releasing the water is provided, is sent into the utilizing side heat exchanger 11 to penetrate the porous hydrophobic film. A fan 21 is provided so that indoor air, whose temperature and humidity are low, is sent against the outside of the porous hydrophobic film whereby the lithium bromide water solution, flowing the inside of the porous hydrophobic film, is deprived of retaining heat as well as moisture by indoor air and, accordingly, the heating and humidifying of the indoor air can be effected simultaneously.
