PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and smoothly change an attitude of a seat, and an enlarge a cabin space in the rear of a seat having a housing attitude. SOLUTION: A support means 7 through which a seat body 6 is supported on a floor panel 2 has front and hind legs 13, 14; front and back upper pivotal supports 15, 16 through which the seat main body 6 pivotally supports the front and hind legs 13, 14; a front lower pivotal support 17 through which the floor panel 2 pivotally supports the front leg 13; a lock tool 18 with which the hind leg 14 is locked on and pivotally supported by the floor panel 2; and a connector 53 for connecting the hind leg 14 with the front leg 13. When an attitude of a seat 4 is changed into a housing posture by turning the front leg 13 around the front lower pivotal support 17 and turning the seat body 6 around the front upper pivotal support 15 with the lock by the lock tool 18 released, a part 53a of the connector 53 is brought into pressure-contact with a part of the seat body 6 to prevent further turning of the hind leg 14 around the back upper pivotal support 16.
