PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To air cool control parts surely while stabilizing the operation of a cooling fan by correlating the operation of the cooling fan for air cooling the control parts disposed in an intermediate cavity between a gas cooking oven and the cooking compartment of an oven with the starting and stopping temperatures of the cooking compartment. SOLUTION: A controller C for controlling the operation of a cooling fan 35 in response to the operation of an oven determines the start delay time, after starting operation of the oven before starting operation of the cooling fan 35, depending on a temperature set by a temperature setter. When the oven is stopped, the stop delay time to be elapsed before stopping the cooling fan 35 after delivery of a heating end signal from the cooking compartment 51 is determined depending on the temperature detected by a temperature sensor. Operation of the cooling fan 35 is started upon elapsing the start delay time and stopped upon elapsing the stop delay time.
