PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a percutaneous absorption tape preparation having practicality, suitable for alleviating continuous pain such as herpes zoster or postherpetic neuralgia and excellent in pharmacodynamic effects, safety and attaching characteristics. SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorption tape preparation is obtained by carrying a paste obtained by formulating 100 pts.wt. nonaqueous paste base comprising 5-50 wt.% styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, 1-60 wt.% alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin, 5-60 wt.% liquid paraffin and 1-30 wt.% butyl rubber with 1-30 pts.wt. local anesthetic as an active ingredient onto a support.
