PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tongue fur-removing agent having the excellent touch of use and having an excellent action for removing the tongue furs formed on a tongue surface at a main place wherein a physiological oral odor generates. SOLUTION: This agent for removing tongue furs contains (A) 1-10 wt.% of sodium bicarbonate, (B) 0.01-3.0 wt.% of sodium carbonate, (C) 1-15 wt.% of ethyl alcohol, and (D) 0.005-0.1 wt.% of a cationic sterilizer, not containing an anionic surfactant, and has a nonionic surfactant content of 0-0.2 wt.%.
