PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying belt with a frame that is composed by firmly joining the frame to a belt base cloth without degrading the belt base cloth, excellent in dewatering performance, and provided with water-passing performance without side leakage. SOLUTION: A conveying belt base cloth 1 and a frame 2 are formed with a mesh fabric woven from a warp 4 and a weft 5, and the frame 2 is joined to the belt base cloth 1 without melting them to integrate them together by using a joining material with dielectric constant at least 10% or more higher than that of the belt base cloth 1 and the frame 2 so that only the joining material is substantially melted and deformed at the joined part of the frame 2 to the belt base cloth 1 through the joining material by means of highfrequency dielectric heating and by melting and deforming the molten and deformed part up to the inside of the woven structure of the belt base cloth 1 and the frame 2 and/or to the surface of the woven structure of the belt base cloth 1 and the frame 2.
