PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate an upper and lower sand mold with a molding flask and the upper and lower sand mold without damaging a casting and to enable carrying of the casting to a prescribed position. SOLUTION: After turning the upper and lower sand mold 3, 4 with the molding flask 1, 2 carried in the horizontal state to the erected vertical state, molten metal is poured into the upper and lower mold with the molding flask 1, 2. The upper and lower sand mold 3, 4 is pushed out from the molding flask 1, 2 in the upper and lower sand mold 3, 4 with the molding flask 1, 2. The casting is taken out from the pushed-out upper and lower mold 3, 4 and empty molding flask 1, 2 after pushing out the upper and lower mold 3, 4 is turned inversely and returned back to the horizontal state.
