PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly clean the inside and outside of a flexible container and perfectly prevent the contamination by foreign materials by supplying a gas for expansion from the top opening of the flexible container to expand it, applying a beating vibration from the outside, and jetting a cleaning liquid to clean. SOLUTION: A bottom plate 30 for expansion is moved upward, and a flexible container 20 is expand by supplying air thereinto from an air supply nozzle 44 through a top opening 25 while a slight gap is being kept at the bottom opening 26 of the container 20. A beating member 53 is rotated to apply a physical beating vibration to the side of the container 20 from the outside to remove particles. Then, a communicating tube 62 is inserted through the top opening 25 and is moved up and down to clean the whole inner surface 27 with a cleaning liquid jetted from an inner surface cleaning nozzle 63. The whole outer upper shoulder 28 is cleaned with a nozzle 71; the whole outer surface 29, with a nozzle 81; and the whole surface of the bottom opening, with an outer bottom opening cleaning nozzle 90.
